1 Amada Apelio Punch Press with a maximum worksheet dimensions of 2500 x 1270 x 6.4 mm, maximum cutting feedrate (X and Y) of 15m/min for laser cutting and maximum punching rate of 340 hits/min @ 25.4 mm pitch or 410 hits/min at 8 mm pitch. 5 Amada CNC Turret Punch Presses, 1 with autoloader – ¼” steel, unlimited hole size, 60” x 144” maximum part size (car guides, knockouts, ribbing, dimples and other forming, hydraulic CNC capabilities). 2 Production Punch Presses with capacity 60 ton maximum.
Power Brakes
12 Power Brake Machines (5 Cincinnati, 4 Amada, 1 Wysong, 1 DiAcro. Machines upto 8’ length and 60 to 130 ton capacity.
